The Literate Visualisation Framework is a set of guidelines developed during my Data Science MSc dissertation at City St George’s, University of London. It helps analysts structure requirement gathering, data modelling, and dashboard design through five sections: Introduction, Data and Insight. It is available as a practical Prototype Analysis Template built in Observable Notebooks. The main objective of the framework is to improve decision making and data communication in business context with data visualisation.
Milestones
- Completed the Data Science MSc dissertation in data visualisation at City St George’s, University of London
- Defined the three-section Literate Visualisation Framework (Introduction, Data and Insight)
- Documented the full study and framework in the project report (Appendix G)
- Published the Prototype Analysis Template as Observable Notebooks for practical use
